Breathe & Reset Workshop

Restorative Breathwork is a gentle, guided breathing practice that focuses on long, slow, deep breaths to calm the nervous system, release stress and restore mental and physical balance.

Unlike intense or high energy breathwork, restorative sessions focus on deep relaxation, grounding and rejuvenation. These sessions are ideal for workspaces, studios, community groups and private gatherings.
